Aida AI is integrated throughout the Yuno Dashboard, providing contextual assistance and AI-powered features directly within different dashboard sections. Aida AI helps you get instant answers, generate insights, and streamline your workflow without leaving the dashboard.

Using Aida AI across the dashboard

Aida AI lives in one chatbot widget (bottom right). Open it on any screen, choose Aida AI or customer support, and ask for help in natural language.

Dashboard entry point

The Aida AI widget is always available in the bottom-right corner of every dashboard screen, so you can access help wherever you are.

Start a new chat

When you open the widget, you’ll be prompted to start a new chat with Aida AI.

Payments

On the Payments section, use the chat to ask about payment IDs, status, or recent failures.
Example prompts
  • “Why did payment pay_01HX... fail?”
  • “Show me declined card payments in Brazil from yesterday.”
  • “What’s the most common decline reason this week?”
  • “List all PIX payments above R$ 1,000 stuck in PENDING.”

Insights

In the Insights section, ask Aida AI for metric explanations or quick charts.
Example prompts
  • “What was my approval rate for cards in Mexico last week?”
  • “Compare my Stripe vs Adyen authorization rate for the past 30 days.”
  • “Email me a chart of daily volume by country for October.”
  • “Explain why my conversion dropped on Friday.”

Routing

Within Routing, ask Aida AI to create, optimise, or troubleshoot routing rules.
Example prompts
  • “Create a rule that sends all PIX in Brazil under R$ 500 to dLocal.”
  • “Why did my last payment route to Stripe instead of Adyen?”
  • “Show me which rules have fired most in the last 7 days.”
  • “Suggest a fallback strategy for my card payments in Mexico.”
How to use:
  1. Open the chatbot widget in the bottom right.
  2. Select Aida AI.
  3. Ask your question.

What you can ask Aida AI

Aida AI can help you with:
  • Payment information: get details about payments, transactions, and history
  • Insights and analytics: request explanations, charts, or emailed visualizations
  • Routing configuration: get help creating and optimizing routing rules
  • Platform features: learn about Yuno features, integrations, and capabilities
  • Troubleshooting: resolve issues and understand error messages
  • Technical questions: ask about SDK integration, API usage, and platform functionality

Permissions

Aida AI respects your Dashboard role and only returns data you would otherwise see in the UI:
  • Owners and Admins can ask about any payment, customer, routing rule, or analytic in the account.
  • Operators can query payments, customers, and analytics; routing rule creation requires the Routing permission.
  • Viewers can read but cannot ask Aida to change configuration (it will refuse with an explanation).
If a question returns “I don’t have access to that,” it’s a permission gap, not an Aida limitation. Talk to your Dashboard owner or see Teams and Roles.

Privacy and data handling

  • Aida AI sees only the data your role allows. It never returns full PAN, CVV, or other PCI-restricted fields.
  • Customer PII (email, phone, document) is shown when relevant to the question and your role permits.
  • Conversations are scoped to your account; no merchant’s data is exposed to another merchant’s session.
  • Prompts and responses may be logged for service-quality monitoring per Yuno’s Privacy Policy.

Limitations

  • Aida AI works on production and sandbox accounts, but sandbox responses reflect sandbox data only.
  • Time-bounded queries default to the last 30 days unless you specify a different range.
  • Chart generation is best-effort; for production reporting, use the Insights views directly.
  • Aida AI does not currently support bulk operations (e.g., refunding 100 payments at once) — use the API for those.
